Job Responsibilities หน้าที่และรายละเอียดงาน

• Daily activity related to Electrical / mechanical maintenance and breakdown. กิจกรรมประจำวันที่เกี่ยวกับการดูแลซ่อมบำรุง ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบเครื่องกล และความผิดปกติที่เกิดจากเครื่องจักรหยุดทำงาน
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment's by completing preventive maintenance. ติดตั้ง ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์โดยดำเนินการตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
• Locate sources of problems by observing machineries in operation. หาสาเหตุที่มาของปัญหา โดยการสังเกตการทำงานของเครื่องจักร
• Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts. แกะ รื้อเครื่องจักร เพื่อถอด หรือเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วน อะไหล่ ที่ชำรุด
• Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders. ดูแลสต็อกอะไหล่ อุปกรณ์และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองโดยการตรวจสอบจากสต็อกที่มีอยู่ และสั่งซื้อเข้ามาเพิ่ม
• Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. จัดทำรายงานการบำรุงรักษาโดยการรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อมูล

Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and/or related fields. 2 Years above experience in Maintenance on manufacturing environmental. Knowledge of Injection, Thermoforming machine maintenance. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการฉีดขึ้นรูป ปั้มขึ้นรูป Familiarity with safety standards and regulations. Skilled in analyzing information and creating reports. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment. Able to work 6 days per weeks. สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้ Able to work in shift pattern (Day/Night) สามารถปฏิบัติงานในรูปแบบการเข้ากะได้
