HR Business Partner (Japanese N1/ N2)

1. Leading full-cycle recruitment for the Divisions in charge
2. Advising Division Heads and Department Heads on people matters and HR policies: structure, talent development, transfer and promotion, job design, workforce shaping
3. Managing employee relations with empathy and fairness
4. Supporting HR service delivery to ensure smooth employee experience: onboarding, KPI setting, performance evaluation, company training, engagement activities, corporate culture...

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree
• 3+ years in HR field, with TA or HRBP experience to be preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Good oral and written communication in Japanese is a MUST
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge about Labor law and labor market in Vietnam
