Your tasks

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities •วางแผนและดำเนินการสรรหา VJ / Idol / Dancer Cover Dance สำหรับ TikTok Live •คัดเลือกและสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครที่มีศักยภาพด้าน Performance / Dance / Idol Style •ประสานงานกับทีม Training, MC, Manager และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง •ใช้ Social Media (TikTok, IG, Facebook Group, Line OpenChat) ในการหาผู้สมัครใหม่ •สร้างและดูแลฐานข้อมูล Talent / Candidate Pool •จัดทำรายงานผลการสรรหาและพัฒนากลยุทธ์ดึงดูด Talent •Plan and execute recruitment for VJ / Idol / Cover Dance Dancers for TikTok Live •Screen and interview candidates with performance and idol-style potential •Coordinate with Training, MC, Manager and other relevant teams •Source candidates via social media (TikTok, IG, Facebook Groups, Line OpenChat) •Build and maintain a candidate / talent pool •Prepare recruitment reports and develop talent acquisition strategies

Requirements

1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
2. อายุ 23–35 ปี / Age 23–35
3. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (ไม่จำกัดสาขา) / Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field)
4. มีประสบการณ์สรรหาในสาย Entertainment, Idol, Dancer, Cover Dance หรือ Talent Recruit อย่างน้อย 1 ปี •At least 1 year of experience in entertainment, idol, dancer, cover dance, or talent recruitment
5. เข้าใจวัฒนธรรม Idol, K-Pop, TikTok Live และ Cover Dance / Strong understanding of Idol, K-pop, TikTok Live and cover dance culture
6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี / Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
7. หากมีคอนเนคชันกับ Cover Dance Community / Dance Studio จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ / Connections with cover dance communities or dance studios are a strong plus
8. ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
