Fire Prevention & Protection Director

Develop and lead fire prevention and protection programs and strategies

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international fire safety regulations

Conduct fire risk assessments and implement mitigation plans

Oversee installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers)

Lead emergency preparedness and response planning, including evacuation procedures

Coordinate fire drills and safety training for employees

Investigate fire incidents and recommend corrective actions

Collaborate with regulatory authorities, safety agencies, and internal stakeholders

Manage budgets, resources, and fire safety teams

Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Management, or related field

8–12+ years of experience in fire safety or protection roles

Strong knowledge of fire codes and standards (NFPA, OSHA, etc.)

Leadership and team management experience

Professional certifications (e.g., CFPS, NEBOSH Fire Safety) are a plus
