Product Owner H/F This is your mission You will contribute to the evolution of strategic applications within the HealthTech sector, working in an Agile environment. At the interface between business stakeholders and development teams, you will play a key role in defining the product vision, prioritizing requirements and supporting the delivery of new features.

• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements.
• Define and maintain the product vision.
• Prioritize and manage the Product Backlog.
• Write and refine User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Java development teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement and Sprint Review.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and the solutions being developed.
• Monitor development progress and support feature delivery.
• Coordinate communication with the various stakeholders.

Build side

• Define and maintain the product vision in line with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements, translating them into functional requirements.
• Write and refine User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Collaborate with Java development teams to support application design and evolution.
• Contribute to defining features and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Run side

• Monitor development progress and support feature delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement and Sprint Review.
• Coordinate communication between business teams, development teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency between business objectives and the solutions delivered.

This is your background

• Confirmed experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum, SAFe or an equivalent methodology.
• Good understanding of software development environments.
• Experience collaborating with Java development teams.
• Experience in an international environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of the medical, industrial or complex software solutions sectors is an asset.
• A Scrum Product Owner certification, such as PSPO, CSPO or equivalent, is an asset.

• Product management and product vision definition.
• Business requirements gathering, analysis and challenge.
• Product Backlog management and prioritization.
• User Story writing and acceptance criteria definition.
• Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe or equivalent.
• Agile ceremony facilitation.
• Understanding of software development environments.
• Collaboration with Java development teams.
• Stakeholder management and business/IT coordination.
• Development progress monitoring and feature delivery support.

Your language skills

• French: Required.
• English: Professional proficiency required.
