- Seek, qualify, suggest new potential vendors, develop new qualified sources of supplies
- Issue PO and tracking delivery status
- Develop and maintain good relations with suppliers
- Negotiate to improve price, term and condition, required quality level, on time delivery
- Cost down and cost analysis
- Solve trouble and involve necessary operation
- Arrange payment documents.
- Economics University graduated
- Prefer candidate has experience about purchasing and working in manufacturing company
- Familiar with English
- Can use PC and Microsoft office software
- Have negotiation skill, analysis and presentation skill.
