Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
