Customer Service Executive

Communicate with customers via Etsy, Shopify chatbox, email, and phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer experiences. Coordinate and follow up with logistics partners and fulfillment centers in the US to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
