Job description

Channel & MT Customer Development

Develop and leverage the modern retail system for GGG cosmetics in Health & Beauty chains (Watsons, Hasaki, Guardian, Beauty Box…) and other modern retail channels.

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts; negotiate cooperation terms, product listings, pricing policies, discounts, and display budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

4–6 years of sales experience in MT (Modern Trade) channels; preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG, with prior work in Health & Beauty chains.

Strong understanding of modern retail chain operations and buyer processes.

Skills

Negotiation, key account management, and customer relationship building.
