- Manage and coordinate the QA/QC team, reporting directly to the QHSE Manager.
- Develop the Quality Plan and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) in accordance with technical requirements and applicable standards/codes; notify relevant departments of any additional requirements.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position preferred, especially in the steel structure/metal fabrication industry.
- Willing to work long-term assignments overseas.
- Holds UT and MT certification.
- Foreign language: Good (able to read and understand technical documents and communicate).
