Nhân Viên Điều Phối Vận Hành Đường Biển (Sea Operation Staff)

• Handle booking/document; arrange trucking related to shipping activities by sea for both import/export cargo, mainly focus sea export.
• Liaise with customers, agents to follow up their needs.
• Track and tracing cargo, billing to customer on-time.
• Solve customers’ inquiry timely and follow up working process.
• Other tasks required by Managers.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Forwarding/Logistics company.
• Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation
• Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
