Leads full-lifecycle support of the U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) C4ISR SharePoint Online environment and custom application portfolio, spanning Tier 1/2 user support, Tier 3 sustainment, and Tier 4 new development.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities Provide Tier 1/2 user and content support for the web environment

Deliver Tier 3 sustainment for custom applications (e.g., Command Task Tracker/Power Apps, Equipment Readiness Dashboard/Power BI, Nintex workflows, Java/Oracle CPA, ColdFusion/Oracle ITS, .NET/SQL JECD and IRRIS), and diagnose/ deploy code fixes

Manage Tier 4 new development prioritized backlog

Ensure Section 508 compliance, deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports, and deliver source code/technical data packages; enforce work authorization/tracking controls

Deliver all custom source code and technical data under the Source Code & Technical Data Delivery Package

Education & Experience 5+ years of SharePoint Online / web application development and sustainment experience

DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualification prior to start and Residential Qualification for privileged access

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Nintex, Java/Oracle, ColdFusion, and.NET/SQL

Experience delivering accessible (508-conformant) applications with ACR documentation

Prior DoD/Army web-application sustainment in a ticket-governed environment

Certifications DCWF Work Role 212 - Software Developer, Intermediate proficiency. Common qualifying certifications: Security+, GSSP (Java/.NET), or CSSLP

Security Clearance Secret clearance
