Job Summary

We are hiring for a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution. We are seeking a Regional Sales Specialist with strong FMCG experience to drive sales growth across regional markets. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with distributors and partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Proven experience handling regional or international markets is a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.

Bilingual is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including one hour break

Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
