We are looking for an *RGI Administrator*to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing of RGI and Lease documents
  • Processing and Review of Housing Charges by Cheque and Debit
  • Day-to-day relationship management of key stakeholders such as the Board of Directors, Residents, Contractors
  • Preparation of Resident Notices and Letters as directed by the Property Manager
  • Tracking, Processing and Reporting of Arrears, Over-housed, Internal Transfers Requests and Payment Plan Agreements
  • Processing of Accounts Payables twice per month including additional charges and adjustments into the Accounting System for signature by the Property Manager
  • Processing and Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables into the Accounting System
  • Processing of Parking Permits and Laundry Cards requests from Residents
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide reception duties in a professional, respectful and efficient manner to all Stakeholders, take messages and direct the caller to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry and word processing and photocopying.
  • Distribution and filing of all written communication sent and received to Residents in their individual file
  • Maintain and implement efficient processes to maintain correspondence, documents and other administrative processes.
  • Prepares and distributes correspondence, Board Reports, Policies and procedures to Residents, and other parties as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Prepares, verifies and completes monthly reports for the Property Manager, Board Members and CFDI management as required.
  • Develops and Distributes communication to Residents from the Property Manager and Maintenance Administrator regarding Notice of Entries, Building Repairs, Unit Inspections and TCHC initiatives
  • Programming of FOBs and Administration of Laundry Cards and Parking Permits
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform administrative support, filing and clerical duties for the Office

Experience and skills:

  • Must have 1 to 2 years of RGI experience
  • Experience in the non-profit/co-op housing sector
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
