ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student to drive high-volume outbound outreach and help shape the early enterprise sales playbook for a growing AI-enabled enterprise software company. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute outbound outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn to build a robust top-of-funnel with qualified enterprise conversations.
- Research target accounts from the ICP list, identify the right contacts and trigger events, and tailor timely outreach.
- Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages aimed at procurement leaders in industrial manufacturing.
- Manage multi-touch sequences and follow-ups to maximize replies and conversions.
- Track metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and run A/B tests to improve performance weekly.
- Enrich and maintain target account data in the CRM to stay clean and actionable.
- Assist with meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers.
- Help design and iterate messaging experiments to inform the GTM playbook.
- Join strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations to gain full context.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks such as event prep, market analysis, or deck updates as needed.
- Be present in Berlin and able to work from the office in Kreuzberg (hybrid work allowed).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field, early in your career.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to deliver repetitive work to a high standard with limited supervision.
- Strong written communication in both German and English, capable of sharp cold emails and professional updates.
- Genuine interest in B2B, enterprise sales, procurement workflows, or AI and how large companies buy software.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of building, organizing, or starting something (club, side project, startup, etc.).
- Comfortable doing outbound sales work as a core responsibility and iterating on outreach performance.
- Based in Berlin and able to work from the Kreuzberg office (hybrid possible).
