Electrical Engineer

Location: Lagos and Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop drawing of Control panels, Synchronization panels, Transformers, MCCs.
• Ensures that the Electrical Technicians complete deliverables as scheduled.
• Prepares single line diagrams, electrical calculations, cable sizing, specifications for electrical materials,
• Prepares requisitions for Electrical materials procurement as required in the Workshop.
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specs.
• Interfaces with CSD Supervisor and Technical Manager for engineering related Issues.
• Ensure electrical technicians follow relevant procedures, international standards and Mantrac General Specifications.
• Attend FAT for Electrical engineering activities and relevant technical evaluation.
• Checks that the design is developed in line with the design, Pre-project studies and the Statement of Requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.Eng Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience electrical/wiring jobs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong mathematical and technical skills.
