Cendekia Harapan International School is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Science Teacher to deliver high-quality science education and prepare students for international examinations.
Aufgaben
The Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching the relevant science discipline in accordance with the school's international curriculum, preparing students for IGCSE and A Level examinations, and delivering engaging theoretical and practical lessons. The teacher will also support scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and the safe conduct of laboratory activities.
- Teach the relevant science subject in accordance with Cambridge International or AQA curricula.
- Deliver lessons at IGCSE and A Level.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Prepare students for international examinations and monitor their academic progress.
- Conduct practical lessons and laboratory-based activities safely.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
Anforderungen
- Prior teaching experience in an international school or equivalent educational setting.
- Experience teaching Cambridge International or AQA curricula at IGCSE and A Level.
- Demonstrated subject expertise in the relevant science discipline.
- Relevant degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Science Education.
- Strong lesson-planning, classroom management, and student assessment skills.
- Experience preparing students for international examinations.
- Ability to conduct practical laboratory sessions and promote laboratory safety.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.
