Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian.
Tasks:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc..
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
- Open and distribute mail and other materials.
- Train staff.
- Train other workers.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics and other information.
- Oversee the preparation of reports.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Perform data entry.
- Provide customer service.
- Administrative and office activities.
- Supervise support staff.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Organize conferences and meetings.
- Compile statistics and reports.
- Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
- Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records.
