Production Supervisor (Technology Division)

-Monitor and oversee production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and stable production processes. -Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, production efficiency, and operational performance. -Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. -Lead and manage the production team to achieve production targets and operational objectives. -Ensure production processes comply with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies. -Monitor and report key production performance indicators, including cost, efficiency, waste, output, and productivity. -Identify production process issues and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them. -Respond to and resolve production-related problems promptly to minimize production disruptions. -Prepare and submit production reports and performance updates to management. -Manage production lines, including manpower planning, workforce allocation, employee management, and productivity control.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or other related fields is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry will be given special consideration. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive production environment. Strong people management, communication, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
