Process Engineer - Wiring Harness (Technology Division)

-Analyze, manage, and optimize process abnormalities throughout the assigned production processes. -Improve processing capability, production output, and overall production line efficiency. -Conduct feasibility assessments for new project trials, follow up on process issues, implement corrective actions, and prepare evaluation reports. -Support customer audits, product certification, and analysis of complaints related to manufacturing processes. -Design, improve, and maintain production tooling, fixtures, and related equipment as required. -Develop and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, SOPs, and Control Plans. -Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process stability and quality.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Familiar with automobile manufacturing processes and related production equipment. Strong theoretical knowledge and technical experience, with the ability to solve technical problems related to manufacturing processes. Able to prepare technical documents such as process procedures and tooling/fixture designs. Good communication skills and a strong team spirit. Strong adaptability, high sense of responsibility, and professional attitude. Proficient in MS Office, UG, AutoCAD, and other relevant application software.
