IE Engineer (Vehicle Division)

1.Be responsible for the planning, implementation, inspection, summary and certification of the overall lean promotion scheme of the Thailand Manufacturing Department of the Decoration Factory, Stamping Factory, Assembly Factory 2.Be responsible for the control and improvement of HPV, OEE and other efficiency indicators of the Thailand Manufacturing Department of the Decoration Factory; 3.Be responsible for manpower preparation, accounting and actual manpower management and control of the Thailand Manufacturing Department of the Decoration Factory; 4.Be responsible for waste and loss excavation and improvement promotion of Decoration Factory Thailand Manufacturing Department; 5.Be responsible for BVPS training, supervision, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Decoration Factory Thailand Manufacturing Department.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 3–7 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing / Production System deployment / IE Engineer. Strong expertise in Lean & IE tools (VSM, Standard Work, OEE, Line Balancing, Kaizen, Problem Solving). Proven experience in factory or organization-level Lean/IE implementation. Capable of controlling and improving productivity, efficiency, and cost KPIs. Solid experience in manpower planning, capacity calculation, and manpower control. Experience in training, audit, and certification. Good command of English for business communication (Chinese is an advantage) Soft Skills.
