We are a premium baby and kids’ bedding and sleepwear brand based in Surabaya (since 2017). We’re looking for someone warm, detail-oriented, and who enjoys meeting people to join our team.

Aufgaben

Serve customers via chat (WhatsApp and marketplace): product questions, sizing, stock, complaints, and order follow-ups Input and check orders, and coordinate with the warehouse and packing teams Work as a sales assistant at exhibitions, bazaars, and events, both in and out of town: welcoming and assisting visitors, explaining products, supporting transactions, and keeping the booth display in order Report sales results and customer feedback to the CS Leader

Anforderungen

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), any major Communicative, polite, and patient with customers Comfortable with WhatsApp, marketplaces, and basic Excel/Google Sheets Willing to work on weekends/holidays during events and willing to travel out of town Detail-oriented and quick, especially with numbers and order data Based in Surabaya and surrounding areas Plus: customer service experience, familiarity with baby and kids’ products
