About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, capable and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Doha.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support primarily to our People Operations/HR function, assisting with recruitment, employee documentation, correspondence, record keeping, reporting and general administration.

A formal HR qualification is not required. We are looking for someone who is first and foremost an excellent administrator: organised, accurate, reliable and able to produce high-quality professional work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People Operations/HR team.
  • Prepare and format professional letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other business documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, trackers and databases.
  • Support recruitment activities, including CV management, interview scheduling, candidate communication and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Assist with employment documentation and employee onboarding administration.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and interviews.
  • Monitor actions, deadlines and outstanding documentation and proactively follow up where required.
  • Maintain HR and recruitment trackers and assist with regular reports.
  • Handle employee and candidate information professionally and confidentially.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other business activities as required.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a high standard of reading comprehension and written communication.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong administrative experience within a professional working environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence working independently and using initiative.
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience supporting recruitment processes and procedures would be a significant advantage, particularly:
  • Managing and reviewing CVs and candidate applications.
  • Coordinating interviews.
  • Communicating professionally with candidates.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and records.
  • Supporting employment offers and onboarding processes.

Previous HR experience would be useful but is not essential, and applicants do not require a specific HR qualification. The Person

We are looking for someone who takes pride in being organised and getting things done properly. You should be comfortable working in a busy professional environment, able to adapt when priorities change and willing to take ownership of your work.

You will need to communicate confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable producing correspondence and documentation to a high professional standard.

Most importantly, we want someone dependable, proactive and organised who can become a trusted member of the team.
