Roles & Responsibilities

Analyse and document project workflows for lift and escalator projects.

Recommend and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Maintain and manage project data, client information, and schedules.

Generate reports and dashboards to assist management in decision-making.

Coordinate with design, engineering, and technical teams to integrate IT systems with project operations.

Automate repetitive office and project tracking tasks to improve productivity.

Ensure digital systems and project data comply with company standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of project management tools and workflow automation.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
