Job Description

Warehouse Associate - Order Picker in the Fresh Produce Department. Join the team of order pickers at a modern distribution center.

Scope of Work:

• Order Picking Using a Voice-Activated Scanner
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Managing the flow of goods in the warehouse
• Receiving deliveries, checking and correcting order errors

Job Requirements:

• Communicative proficiency in English
• Availability to work two shifts (6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.) and on Saturdays
• Good physical fitness and accuracy
• Willingness to work in a cool environment (2-4°C)
• A team player with a responsible work ethic

Working hours:

• 5 days a week (Saturdays required; day off: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)
• Shift work: 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.

Salary:

Hourly wage: €15.35 gross, paid weekly. Collective bargaining agreement: VGL CBA. Overtime and weekend pay:

• Mon.-Fri. 8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. → 125%
• Mon.-Fri. 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. → 150%
• Saturday 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. → 130%
• Saturday 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. → 150%
• Sunday → 150%
