Body Measure Inc is a private health and wellness clinic. We perform Dexa scans, metabolism testing, liver scans.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing Winnipeg company with room for advancement. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has an interest in health, wellness and nutrition. Someone who is willing to take on new challenges, learn new skills. Training on procedures and equipment will be provided.
Your tasks
You must be available daytime Tuesday thru Saturday and Wednesday evenings. On occasion you may be asked to stay late or come in early to accommodate clients. You will be trained on completing Dexa scans, metabolism tests and liver scans, then meet with the client to review the results and develop a plan to help the client achieve their health goals.
Duties
- Perform Dexa scans, metabolism tests and liver scans (training provided)
- Basic reception duties, book appointments, answer the phone, take payments, invoicing, reply to emails.
- Consult with clients on scan results
- Basic cleaning and sanitizing
Requirements
Required skills
- Completed or almost complete degree in kinesiology.
- Two years of experience working with clients
- An interest in nutrition and body composition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, Word.
- Organizational skills
- Highly motivated and strong leadership qualities
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
