Your tasks

Job Purpose: You will be responsible for recording and processing invoices promptly and accurately. You will also be tasked with researching ledgers, answering inquiries, and reconciling vendor statements.

Responsibilities:

• Entering and processing invoices in a timely manner into the accounting system ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Reviewing and entering new vendor information or updating existing vendor profiles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Other duties within the nature and the spirit of the job, as required.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts

• Work well under pressure and able to prioritize efficiently
• Able to work individually and in a team environment

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Language

• English (preferred)
• French (preferred)

• Starting salary $19 per hour, ending at 20$ after probation period.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
