Engineering Specialist – Civil
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Menangani pekerjaan engineering dan konstruksi sipil di properti.
- Melakukan pengecekan kondisi bangunan dan fasilitas.
- Memastikan pekerjaan perbaikan dan konstruksi berjalan sesuai standar.
- Berkoordinasi dengan teknisi, kontraktor, dan tim terkait.
- Membantu mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis di lapangan.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan dan perawatan fasilitas serta struktur bangunan.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan jurusan Teknik Bangunan, Teknik Konstruksi, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang civil, konstruksi, atau building maintenance.
- Memahami pekerjaan seperti beton, dinding, lantai, plumbing dasar, drainage, dan pekerjaan bangunan lainnya.
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan perhatian terhadap detail.
- Bersedia bekerja di lapangan.

Engineering Specialist – Civil
Job Description:
- Handle civil engineering and construction work within the property.
- Inspect the condition of buildings and facilities.
- Ensure repair and construction work is carried out according to standards.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and related teams.
- Identify and assist in resolving technical issues on site.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building facilities and structures.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK), preferably in Building Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in civil work, construction, or building maintenance is preferred.
- Good understanding of concrete, walls, flooring, basic plumbing, drainage, and other building works.
- Ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work on site.
