HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Aufgaben

•งานแรงงานสัมพันธ์และการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงานไทย •นโยบาย HR ระเบียบข้อบังคับ และเอกสาร HR •สรรหาบุคลากร ประเมินผลงาน และงานบริหาร HR •ให้คำปรึกษาผู้บริหารและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาพนักงาน

Anforderungen

1. Bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years' HR experience
2. Manufacturing HR experience required
3. Practical knowledge of Thai Labor Law and Employee Relations
4. Good spoken and written English required
5. Accurate, proactive, independent and willing to learn
6. Own transportation required
