Sales (English Speaking)

Aufgaben

• Develop tailored solutions, demonstrate product capabilities, and close sales with potential customers.
• Conduct on-site hands-on training to ensure new customers can use the system proficiently.
• Maintain long-term relationships, monitor system usage, resolve user issues, and explore upselling opportunities to reduce churn.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvements and keep product manuals updated.

Anforderungen

1. Excellent service awareness and business negotiation skills.
2. Background or experience in the SaaS industry, computer software, or automotive after-sales service is a strong plus.
