Hub Manager / Supervisor ( บางพลี )

• Manage the daily operations of all of the hub activities through supervision of hub staff
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in the hub facilities
• Ensure load/unload and handle the parcel to the connecting facilities happens on time and with precision
• Manage recruiting, staff administration and ensure journey update, returns, exception completion reports
• Lead the troubleshooting efforts from the other parties, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity
• Oversee the direction of the trucks and work closely with the transport/vendor to ensure professional line haul and shuttle operations

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above. Male or Female age 28-40 years. (Thai Nationality only) Good knowledge of Express business and strong leadership skill At least 2 years of working experience in Hub/Transportation/Logistics, preferred in B2C logistics, of which at least 1 year working in warehouse Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent Comfortable in interacting with multi levels Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good at managing cost, operations Able for written and verbal English Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working.
