Your tasks

Job Summary As a Food and Beverage Server, you?ll provide attentive hospitality, take and deliver orders, and help create a welcoming dining experience. You?ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service organized and guests informed.

Duties

• Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and use customer service and upselling skills to support their dining experience.
• Take orders accurately using POS or Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash with care.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, communicate requests to the kitchen, and assist with food preparation when needed.
• Follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices while managing time and maintaining a clean service area.
• Your impact: Clear communication and reliable service help guests feel welcome and colleagues coordinate smoothly.

Requirements

Qualifications Required: Practical serving capabilities include clear communication, customer service, time management, basic math, accurate order entry, cashiering, cash handling, and safe food handling and sanitation. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, or hospitality experience is helpful, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS, food preparation, guest services, and upselling.
