Purchasing

1.Manage the daily operations of the purchasing department; plan procurement strategies and workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations, supporting raw material requirements for production and new factory construction. 2.Oversee the entire procurement process; review procurement plans, contracts, and purchase orders; control costs, delivery timelines, and product quality; lead negotiations for key purchases. 3.Establish, improve, and manage the supplier system; select key suppliers, maintain long-term relationships, and handle major cooperation issues. 4.Lead the purchasing team to achieve targets in cost reduction, quality improvement, and delivery performance; supervise team operations and provide guidance to purchasing engineers. 5.Coordinate with production, engineering, finance, and quality departments to resolve procurement-related issues and support China–Thailand supply chain operations. 6.Ensure legal compliance and risk control in procurement; standardize and optimize processes to prevent irregularities; prepare regular procurement reports. 7.Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Male, aged 28–35 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation/Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related fields. Native-level proficiency in Thai with strong verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate independently with local suppliers. Chinese language skills are an advantage More than 5 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience; strong capability in supplier and purchasing team management. Technical background in mechanical engineering, along with end-to-end procurement experience; capable of pricing, negotiation, supplier development, and quality/delivery control; strong cost awareness and engineering communication skills; able to support domestic procurement and China–Thailand supply chain operations.
