Finance Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for supervising the company's financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, effective cash flow management, timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and proper implementation of internal financial controls. The position will also support management in financial analysis, budgeting, and business decision-making.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and cash flow management. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, AP/AR, and inventory accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work under deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. English proficiency is preferred.
