Your tasks
Customer Service & Sales
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to corporate, walk-in, online, and event customers
- Offer product consultation and recommendations, including value-added information such as allergen awareness and dietary requirements
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients
- Promote bakery products with confidence, care, and product knowledge (training provided)
- Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Operations & Administration
- Support daily operations through adherence to SOPs, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, stock checks, replenishment, and supplier coordination
- Manage and operate POS systems, mobile apps, and laptop-based applications
- Monitor and uphold high standards of housekeeping, food hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
Requirements
We are seeking mature, responsible, and service-oriented individuals who take pride in serving customers and supporting daily operations in a professional bakery & café setting.
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
- Mature, dependable, and well-organised with a professional attitude
- Able to multitask and handle both frontline service and operational duties
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery & café environment
