Telesales Agent

We are looking for a goal-oriented and energetic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, presenting our services/products, answering inquiries, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Handle incoming customer inquiries and convert leads into active sales.

Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline in the CRM.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Telesales Representative or Sales Agent.

Excellent command of Arabic (English is a strong plus).

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales quotas.

Ability to handle objections and stay resilient under pressure.

Familiarity with CRM systems and telephone sales scripts.
