1.Inspect, measure, and manage products, including controlling and maintaining inspection equipment to ensure proper working condition. 2.Conduct process quality inspections for both existing and new products; oversee relevant departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions, and monitor the effectiveness of such actions. 3.Participate in quality evaluations of newly developed suppliers. 4.Take full responsibility for the overall daily operations of the Quality Department. 5.Handle and resolve quality abnormalities, both internal and external. 6.Support the Management Representative in establishing and implementing the company's quality management system to achieve quality objectives, and participate in maintaining and overseeing the implementation of the IATF 16949 system. 7.Collect and analyze statistical data on quality costs. 8.Support the Headquarters Quality Manager in coordinating the overall quality function of the company, covering three core quality-related areas: product testing support, laboratory control, and inspection/measuring equipment control. Lead the implementation of the quality control system, supervise quality-related positions, coordinate with the Quality Head in China, provide comprehensive technical support and control data to Headquarters, and ensure that all quality-related work complies with IATF 16949 requirements, product testing standards, and Headquarters' control requirements.

Qualifications: ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ20-40 วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความเชี่ยวชาญในระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ มาตรฐานการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ และความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมคุณภาพกระบวนการผลิต มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้โปรแกรมสำนักงาน เช่น Word และ Excel มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านเครือข่ายและระบบสารสนเทศ มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง มีวิจารณญาณและความสามารถในการตัดสินใจ มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความคุ้นเคยเป็นอย่างดีกับเทคนิคการดำเนินงานของระบบ IATF 16949 มีใบรับรองคุณวุฒิผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Auditor) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีประสบการณ์ในแผนกคุณภาพมากกว่า2ปีขึ้นไป สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน เพื่อประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่และหัวหน้าฝ่ายคุณภาพประจำประเทศจีน
