Asian Technology Solutions sedang mencari IT Asset Management (IT Procurement & Sourcing) dengan latar belakang teknis IT yang kuat untuk menangani sourcing, pengadaan, dan manajemen vendor perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan solusi teknologi. Kamu akan berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis, Procurement, dan Business untuk memastikan pengadaan berjalan tepat waktu dan sesuai kebutuhan.

Aufgaben

• Handle sourcing and procurement of IT hardware, software, and technology solutions.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into appropriate products/solutions.
• Source, evaluate, compare, and negotiate with IT vendors/suppliers.
• Manage vendor communication, quotation, negotiation, delivery, and performance.
• Handle and monitor IT projects/procurement initiatives, including timeline, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams, Procurement, Business, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain quotation comparisons, vendor evaluations, procurement documents, and project reports.

Anforderungen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Procurement, IT Sourcing, Vendor Management, IT Project Management, or related roles.
• Strong IT technical background with good understanding of hardware, software, infrastructure, and technology solutions.
• Experience in sourcing/procuring IT hardware and software.
• Experience in vendor management, quotation comparison, negotiation, and vendor evaluation.
• Able to handle and coordinate IT projects, including timeline, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Able to understand technical specifications and business requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for quotation and vendor comparison.
