- Collect sellers' business and financial data, perform analysis, and propose appropriate deal structure.
- Lập các hồ sơ cần thiết cho các Giao dịch M&A như Teasers, bản...
- Passionate about the Investment Banking profession.
- Bachelor’s degree majored in finance, accounting, banking, or related specialization.
- At least 1 year experience in Banking/M&A/Auditing/Finance/Securities is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, researching and time management skills.
- Proficient English level for business writing and verbal communication.
