Attend key handover appointments with our sales agents to document property condition in detail, including taking extensive photos and notes for our records.
Protect our corporate clients by identifying and recording any preexisting issues in the property so they are not unfairly held responsible at the end of the lease.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, touchups and maintenance, ensuring work is done properly and on time.
Liaise with building management and service center's to resolve practical issues (access cards, defects, appliance issues, aircon service, etc.).
Visit a wide range of properties across Singapore, from condos and landed homes to high-end residences, gaining exposure to different locations and property types.
Act as a practical problem solver for daytoday housing matters, keeping both internal teams and tenants informed of progress.
Has the energy and focus to do detailed property checks and take a large volume of photos when needed. • Comfortable working independently with guidance from a manager, and able to manage your own schedule once trained. • Detailoriented with strong observation skills; you notice small defects that others might miss. • Some experience in customer service, operations, facilities, hospitality or propertyrelated roles is an advantage, but not required. • At least Secondary / “O” or “N” Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent in any field. • Open to fresh out of school candidates and entrylevel applicants who are willing to learn and can handle a physically active, onsite role. · Local and SPR candidates are preferred.
