Lawyer & Legal Affairs Officer
Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Law & Asset Management Manage and register real estate properties.
Review and assess real estate contracts and agreements.
Follow up with real estate development companies and oversee the handover of property units.
Manage residential, commercial, and administrative real estate units.
Legal & Regulatory Follow-Up Maintain comprehensive knowledge of real estate law and all relevant governmental and private entities.
Handle property registration procedures.
Handle company incorporation, registration, and Commercial Registry procedures.
Review, follow up on, and complete all required procedures with the relevant authorities.
Coordination & Negotiation Negotiate and follow up with all relevant parties and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with governmental and private entities.
Resolve legal issues and complete transactions efficiently.
Follow-Up & Reporting Conduct daily follow-up with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Prepare daily reports on tasks, progress, and completed activities.
Monitor obligations and rights in accordance with established timelines and deadlines.

Requirements Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a minimum grade of Very Good or above.
3–6 years of relevant experience; previous experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant within a company or law firm is preferred.
Must be registered with the Egyptian Bar Association.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Real Estate Registry (Shahr El-Aqari) procedures and the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).
Strong legal and administrative drafting skills in Arabic, with a good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills, quick thinking, professional communication, discretion, and a high level of commitment to confidentiality.
