Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom. Drive sales and achieve outlet revenue targets. Supervise, motivate, and manage showroom staff. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays. Prepare sales and operational reports for management. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally presented. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide customer and market insights to the Retail Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in showroom, retail, sales, or outlet management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Good knowledge of sales and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting. Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of showroom management and visual merchandising is an advantage.
