Facilities Manager

Lead and oversee project operations in alignment with company strategy and objectives. Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and maximize ROI. Manage project handover processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Oversee facility management operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and Architectural, Civil & MEP services. Ensure effective security management and compliance with HSE standards. Drive initiatives to maximize commercial space utilization and occupancy rates. Manage post-handover customer experience and satisfaction. Control operational budgets and optimize costs in coordination with Finance. Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Prepare and present periodic operational reports to senior management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong background in Real Estate Operations and Facility Management. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. PMP certification is a plus.
