AI System Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI System Analyst role based in Tapos, Depok. AI System Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying system requirements, and evaluating opportunities to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for AI-based systems and software applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Proficiency in using AI models.
• Experience in AI-related projects or digital transformation initiative.
• Minimum 5–10 years of work experience in Software Development, Software Design, System Analysis, Business Analysis, or IT Consulting.
• Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC), business process modeling, and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI application use cases, and API-based integration.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent documentation and project management tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
