Transport Supervisor (Car Carrier)

Aufgaben

1. Control about plan on volume order and truck dispatch, also doing plan report and send to all concerned.

(วางแผนและควบคุมปริมาณคำสั่งซื้อและการจัดรถขนส่ง พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลและนำส่งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

1. Control about arrange truck queue and assign truck to be loaded by cooperate with warehouse and concern team.

(ควบคุมและจัดลำดับคิวรถบรรทุก รวมถึงมอบหมายรถเข้าดำเนินการโหลดสินค้า โดยประสานงานร่วมกับคลังสินค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

1. Manage and Control truck performance (truck utilization and truck turn around).

(บริหารและควบคุมประสิทธิภาพการใช้รถบรรทุก (อัตราการใช้รถ และระยะเวลาหมุนเวียนรถ)

1. Monitor and control for on-time delivery to customer.

(ติดตามและควบคุมการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาแก่ลูกค้า)

1. Solve and preventive action for all customer feedback and complain.

(ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันกรณีข้อเสนอแนะหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า)

1. Operate and support GPS function related planning jobs.

(ดำเนินงานและสนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบ GPS ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวางแผนงานขนส่ง)

1. Support all activities in working safety and SHE’s policy.

(สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และปฏิบัติตามนโยบายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม (SHE) ของบริษัท)

1. Other ad-hoc assignment by superior.

Anforderungen

1. Age 30-40 years.
2. Have experience 3-5 years (Experience controlling own-fleet Control Car Carrier own-fleet / Control Driver / Work Process)
3. Bachelor's degree or higher.
4. Good command English both written and spoken.
5. Good computer skill MS office (Excel ,Power point, Word)
