Inbound Supervisor (Automotive Part)

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and guidance to a group of employees, prioritizing and controlling their work activities and handling all aspects of resource

-Manage inbound (put away) performance to align with plan -Manage and utilization storage area -Ensure that all products store in the right location with good condition -Monitor and manage SKU information, product labeling, and data accuracy within the system. -Ensuring continuous creative improvement for Inbound process through problem identification and problem analysis -Resolve personnel problems, complaints, or grievances when possible for resolution -Prepare weekly and monthly reports such as KPI

• Other ad-hoc assignment by superior.

-บริหารและดูแลทีมงานในคลังสินค้า มอบหมายงาน จัดลำดับความสำคัญ และควบคุมการทำงานของทีมให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน -ควบคุมการรับคำสั่งซื้อ (Order Receiving) ผ่านระบบ WMS ให้ถูกต้องและดำเนินการได้ตรงตามเวลา -ควบคุมและติดตามการจัดเก็บสินค้าเข้าคลัง (Inbound / Put Away) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด -บริหารพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้า (Storage Area) ให้มีการใช้พื้นที่อย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ -ควบคุมและดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวันของคลังสินค้า ครอบคลุมการรับสินค้า การจัดเก็บ การแพ็กสินค้า และการเตรียมสินค้าส่งออก -กำกับดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการทำงาน (Standard Work) มาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย และนโยบายของบริษัท -วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและพัฒนาแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการรับสินค้าเข้าคลัง (Inbound Process) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง -ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงาน รวมถึงรับเรื่องร้องเรียนหรือข้อขัดแย้ง พร้อมหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสม -จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน เช่น รายงาน KPI ประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือน -ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Anforderungen

1. Male/Female , Age 30-40 years.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher. (Engineer , Logistics, Management or other Related)
3. Good computer skill MS office (Excel ,Power point, Word) and System Warehouse WMS SAP
4. Good command English or Chinese both written and spoken.
5. Proven analytical and warehouse management skills.
6. Strong Leadership , Problem-Solving, and Organization Skills.
7. Strong Knowledge of Warehouse Management (Order,Fulfillment,Inventory)
