At our office in Copenhagen, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for our customer service team — someone who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience through strong communication skills and a proactive approach to their tasks.
About the Position
At AndLight, you will become part of a motivated customer service team, where strong team spirit and good dynamics are central elements. It is important that you are structured and constructive.
Primary Responsibilities
Communicating with customers via email, telephone, chat, and social media (English and if you have a second language)
Sales and advisory services via email, telephone, chat, and in person in the showroom
Quality control of the website(s)
Supporting the rest of the customer service team with ad hoc tasks
Our Expectations of You
You are proactive, structured, and show initiative
You have a good understanding of customer handling
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage; strong English and a potential second language are required)
