As an Azure & AI Data Architect, you will play a key role in designing and evolving our enterprise data platform while helping unlock the full potential of modern AI technologies. Join a highly skilled and collaborative team driving innovation through data, cloud, and AI.

• Design, develop, and optimize ALPLA's Azure-based Central Data Hub

• Build and maintain scalable data integration and transformation solutions

• Develop and manage enterprise-wide data catalog and governance capabilities

• Implement and maintain secure data access and protection concepts

• Support and onboard internal and external data providers and consumers

• Ensure data quality, availability, and performance through monitoring and automation

• Drive continuous improvement of data ingestion, storage, and provisioning processes

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver reliable and future-ready data solutions

• Explore and leverage modern AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services

Anforderungen

What makes you great

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure data services and cloud architectures

• Solid understanding of data security, governance, and access management

• Knowledge of AI technologies and large language models (e.g. Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Claude, Codex) or a strong willingness to continuously learn in this area

• Experience with IT Service Management processes and ServiceNow is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and German

• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working within global cross-functional teams
