ERP Consultant - SCM (Thai Only, English Interview)

Your tasks

• Gathering requirements, analyzing and understanding clients’ need.

รวบรวมความต้องการ วิเคราะห์ และเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า

• Assist clients with implementation and training.

ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการดำเนินการและการฝึกอบรม

• Implement and configure ERP application and consulting customers.

ดำเนินการและกำหนดค่าแอปพลิเคชันของระบบ ERP และให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้า

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support as needed.

ให้การสนับสนุนก่อนการขายและหลังการขายตามความจำเป็น

• Train end users in specific modules of ERP application.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or any related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in ERP consultant, ERP Support, Implement or similar.
3. Good knowledge of SCM process.
4. Willing to travel when assigned to a business trip.
5. Having own car will be advantage.
6. Be a team player, Proactive, Service-mind and Self-motivated.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
8. Good communication skills in English to communicate with foreign clients for global projects.
9. Can communication skills in Japanese will be advantage.
