Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-project site surveys, measurements, and technical assessments. Prepare and revise racking system layouts, installation drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD. Manage and supervise the installation and assembly of industrial racking systems. Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project efficiency. Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans. Provide technical support, consultancy, and reporting services at customer sites.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings. Valid driver's license and active driving experience. Proficiency in French, with the ability to work in Francophone West African countries. Experience in conducting site surveys, including pre-project technical inspections, measurements, and reporting.

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in industrial racking systems, metal structures, warehouse equipment, or related industries is an advantage. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel and be stationed across West Africa as required. Knowledge of installation, assembly, and maintenance processes. Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to field conditions.
